Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Family Constellations services provided by Family Constellations Lab ("Service Provider," "we," or "us"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Family Constellations Lab services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the services.
Services
- The Service Provider offers Family Constellations services, which involve exploring family dynamics, ancestral patterns, and systemic issues.
- The Service Provider does not provide therapy or counseling services, and the services should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or treatment.
- Clients must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Service Provider.
- Clients are responsible for their own emotional and physical well-being during and after the sessions.
- The Service Provider maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any personal or session-related details without the client's written consent, except where required by law.
- The client understands that during group sessions, other participants may hear personal information shared by other clients, and confidentiality is expected from all participants.
- The client agrees to pay the fees for Family Constellations services as outlined by the Service Provider.
- Payments are due prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Failure to do so may result in the client being charged for the session.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Service Provider may need to reschedule or cancel a session. In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative date.
- The Service Provider will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or inability to use them.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the Family Constellations sessions.
- All materials provided by the Service Provider, including session recordings, handouts, and other resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Family Constellations services or this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
- The client's continued use of the services after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes their acceptance of the modified terms.
