unintentionally escalate tension - Session 3
The Hidden Root Behind Surface Arguments (60 min)
Uncovering the real issue beneath repeated fights—power, safety, recognition, belonging, or unmet emotional needs—rather than getting stuck in recurring topics - Session 4
Displaced Anger & Accumulated Frustration (60 min)
Identifying where anger does not belong to the present situation—past relationships, family of origin, work stress, or suppressed resentment that spills into the relationship - Session 5
Explosive vs Implosive Anger (60 min)
Understanding whether anger comes out loud and explosive or quiet and implosive, and how both are expressions of self-protection, not emotional immaturity - Session 6

Improving the speed and quality of repair—moving beyond “I’m sorry” used to avoid discomfort, toward accountability, emotional presence, and relational safety - Session 10
Staying or Leaving with Awareness (60 min)
Exploring how to stay without resentment or leave without repeating the same cycle—closing relational chapters consciously to prevent futurerepetition
