Private sessions will be conducted using a wooden peg doll on a board or table to create the client’s constellation. Each doll represents either a family member, an emotion, or a difficult situation. All the placements represent a visualization of your subconscious, and once they are in position, you can start thinking about how you connect the different parts of your story. It’s important to visualize because, as human beings, when we can see it, we can feel and understand it better. By using the wooden doll, this session can be ideal for people who prefer not to speak about their issues in front of other people or in group sessions. The session typically lasts 1 hour and can be done offline or online. Before the session, you need to fill out a questionnaire 24 hours before the appointment.
