- Session 1 :
Systemic Intake & Bullying Timeline Review (60 min)
Mapping the bullying experience across life stages—school, workplace, family, peer groups—while identifying patterns of victimization, retaliation, silence, or role-switching (victim–rescuer–perpetrator). This session separates what happened from what the system is carrying. - Session 2:
Surface Dynamics vs Hidden Systemic Causes (60 min)
Exploring the visible roles in bullying (bully, target, bystander) alongside hidden causes such as family hierarchy confusion, lack of protection, or learned submission. This session identifies whether the individual learned to endure, appease, disappear, or provoke to maintain belonging - Session 3
Inherited Guilt, Rage & Unresolved Injustice (60 min)
Identifying ancestral or family-system guilt related to unpunished wrongdoing, silenced injustice, violence, betrayal, or moral compromise that went unacknowledged. Bullying dynamics may unconsciously attempt to rebalance what was never spoken or repaired - Session 4
Good Child Syndrome, Silence & Difficulty Standing Up (60 min)
Exploring loyalty patterns such as being the “good child,” peacekeeper, or emotional stabilizer—where speaking up felt dangerous or disloyal. This session restores the right to self-protection, voice, and boundaries without guilt. - Session 5
Attention, Visibility & Parent Dynamics (60 min)
Examining whether bullying or repeated targeting relates to not being seen at home—saving parents’ marriage, compensating for an absent or emotionally unavailable father, or seeking recognition through negative attention. This session separates the child’s longing from adult responsibility. - Session 6
Integration: Restoring Dignity, Voice & Inner Authority (60 min)
Integrating systemic insights so the individual no longer carries inherited guilt, rage, or invisibility.
This session anchors self-respect, embodied boundaries, and the capacity to stand up without becoming aggressive or collapsing.
