What Was Lost: Person, Role, Future, or Identity (60 min)
Identifying the layers of loss—not only who or what was lost, but also lost roles, dreams, identities, safety, or a sense of meaning that may remain unnamed - Session 3
Allowed vs Disallowed Grief in the Family System (60 min)
Exploring how grief was handled in the family of origin—whether emotions were welcomed, minimized, spiritualized, or suppressed—and how this shapes current grieving - Session 4
Interrupted Grief & Frozen Mourning (60 min)
Identifying grief that could not be fully lived due to responsibility, survival, caregiving, cultural expectations, or “having to be strong,” and how it remains held in the system - Session 5
Identification with the Deceased or the Lost (60 min)
Exploring unconscious identification with the lost person, relationship, or former self—where grief turns into depression, withdrawal, or loss of vitality - Session 6
Multiple Losses & Ancestral Grief (60 min)
Recognizing accumulated or inherited grief—losses through war, migration, miscarriage, exile, poverty, or family rupture—that may amplify present grief beyond its apparent size - Session 7
Guilt, Loyalty & the Fear of Moving On (60 min)
Uncovering hidden beliefs such as “If I’m happy, I betray you,” or “If I live fully, I leave you behind,” and gently restoring permission to continue living - Session 8
Saying Goodbye Without Cutting the Bond (60 min)
Learning how to say a systemic goodbye—one that honors the bond, acknowledges what was received, and allows the relationship to move into a different inner place - Session 9
Reorienting Toward Life After Loss (60 min)
Supporting the gradual movement back toward life, meaning, relationships, and purpose—without forcing positivity or erasing the significance of what was lost - Session 10
Integration: Carrying Love Without Carrying the Burden (60 min)
Integrating grief so love can remain as strength rather than weight—allowing memory, connection, and meaning without ongoing collapse or self-abandonment
