Systemic Intake & Bond History Review (60 min)
Understanding the parent–child relationship beyond behavior or conflict, by reviewing the bond timeline from conception, pregnancy, birth, early years, and key separation moments. This session identifies early stressors, losses, medical events, or emotional ruptures that may have shaped the
bond. - Session 2:
Interrupted Movement Between Parent & Child (60 min)
Exploring moments where natural movement toward connection was interrupted—due to illness, hospitalization, postpartum depression, work separation, parental stress, or emotional unavailability. This session gently restores the child’s movement toward the parent and the parent’s availability toward the child - Session 3
Transgenerational Audit: Parent–Grandparent Bond (60 min)
Identifying unresolved interruptions between the parent and their own parents (the child’s grandparents), which may unconsciously block presence, patience, or emotional capacity with the child.This session restores order so the parent no longer parents from unresolved wounds - Session 4
Expressed Anger, Frustration & Unspoken Emotions (60 min)
Creating a safe, structured space for expressed anger, disappointment, fear, or grief—from both parent and child—without blame, punishment, or collapse. The focus is on expression that builds empathy, not a power struggle. - Session 5
Healthy Communication & Conflict Navigation (60 min)
Learning how to navigate conflict without dominance, avoidance, or emotional shutdown—supporting the parent to lead as the adult, and the child to respond without carrying emotional responsibility. This session strengthens respect, safety, and clarity of roles. - Session 6
Integration: Restoring Harmony & Secure Bond (60 min)
Integrating insights into daily interaction—restoring trust, emotional safety, and a sense of belonging.
The child is supported to relax into being the child, and the parent into leading with grounded authority and warmth
*Designed for 1 parent & 1 child (child or adolescent; adapted for adult children where appropriate), Each session is 1 hour
Number of sessions may vary depending on the severity, duration, and complexity of the bond rupture, Especially helpful for cases involving emotional distance,
behavioral issues, resentment, anger, defiance, withdrawal, or repeated conflict, This approach does not replace parenting skills training or clinical therapy,
but works as a complementary, systemic repair process, Healing may continue beyond sessions, as relational safety and trust rebuild over time
