- Session 1:
Meeting the Inner Child Without Role Reversal (60 min)
Understanding the inner child not as something to “fix,” indulge, or rescue, but as the part of the self that formed adaptations to survive within the family system.
This session focuses on seeing the child from an adult place, without collapsing into the child’s emotions or repeating parentification - Session 2:
Returning What the Child Was Carrying (60 min)
Identifying burdens the inner child took on too early—emotional caretaking, responsibility for parental happiness, unspoken grief, fear, or family tension. Through systemic work, these burdens are returned to where they belong, allowing the child part to relax and the adult self to take rightful leadership. - Session 3:
Establishing the Adult Self as Inner Parent (60 min)
Restoring inner order by placing the adult self in front, the inner child behind, and the parents in their rightful place in the family system.
This session integrates care, protection, boundaries, and choice—so the inner child no longer needs to act out through anxiety, depression, relationships, or self-sabotage.
