In the non-thematic workshops, we set up constellations with topics/issues that arise from the participant.
A group Family Constellation session usually takes place with a group of individuals who are not related, lasting up to 3 hours with no particular topic, enabling participants to bring any issues from health, relationships, career, parenting, financial, to any of their curiosities. Though groups are made up of complete strangers, participants are able to role-play in an alarmingly realistic manner and share a deep experience.
I’ve been surprised by how much these cards can reveal about patterns clients didn’t realize were still present in their system. Some even experience an immediate emotional or physical response when reading a card. As a practitioner, they help me work with clients more easily and connect at a deeper level.

During the pandemic, worried about the left breast, doctors found a tumor. At Meilinda’s book review event in Surabaya, learning the family constellation revealed the root of the problem in Papi. Saying a blessing, recovering from illness, clean breast examination results. Thank you, God, the universe, and Meilinda. May you always be blessed. Amen.

It was magical and spot on, right at the stagnant point of my healing journey. I was very honored to be part of the role play and became the problem owner. Experiencing my life from a third person perspective gave me a sense of detachment of the problem, yet at the same the psychodrama/role play methods also a synchronicity of the Universe when choosing the representatives
