In the non-thematic workshops, we set up constellations with topics/issues that arise from the participant.
It was a good session that revealed some lights to what i am experiencing.
A group Family Constellation session usually takes place with a group of individuals who are not related, lasting up to 3 hours with no particular topic, enabling participants to bring any issues from health, relationships, career, parenting, financial, to any of their curiosities. Though groups are made up of complete strangers, participants are able to role-play in an alarmingly realistic manner and share a deep experience.
- You can participate as an observer, a representative, or “client” (an issue holder)
- By observing, participants who are role-playing as their family members or aspects of their issue, will be able to identify subconscious dynamics and new paths towards solutions.
- This workshop is recommended for first timers or for any curious minds.
